COHA will react tomorrow (Friday) to the Obama administration announcement that the Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere affairs, Tom Shannon, will remain for now at his position until the Summit of the Americas in Trinidad in April is held; COHA also will respond to the decision of Colombian President Alvaro Uribe not to seek re-election.
