The Council on Hemispheric Affairs (COHA) has been an active member is the ongoing discussion on Latin America and the Hemisphere since its founding in 1975. Our main goal at COHA is to promote awareness on the most pressing issues on Latin America and the Hemisphere, therefore raising communication and understanding with the United States and the globe.
